Reasonable stay

activity optionsfamilyhelpful staffnice roomroom updatingroomquestionable cleanlinesshectic breakfast
I enjoyed the activity options offered for both family and adults. The staff seemed very helpful and approachable throughout the hotel. Our room was nice and well-kept.
The room itself needs some updating. I found medication from previous guests on the bathroom floor, so cleanliness seemed a bit questionable. Breakfast was really hectic to move around in with so many people.

Decent Facilities but Some Issues

uncomfortable mattressoverpriced dinner
Our room was not well soundproofed. I could hear noises from other rooms. The mattress also felt uncomfortable. Dinner at the Meikle Restaurant was awful and overpriced. I recommend eating elsewhere or cooking in your lodge. I would not eat in the hotel again.

The service at the Terrace bar met my expectations and the drinks was lovely. Alvaro was very helpful. He recommended nice cocktails.
The radiators had no heat. They offered heaters, but they said it was not available due a fire risk.
